The shower has a brand new boiler installed with a guarantee so it is in very good condition, the tank and the building with sliding doors used in clean and well looked after. The old defective boiler (cold water inlet pipe twisted off), I as a replacement part for free, the new boiler built and tested with bill and warranty. Must be in Berlin Reinickendorf be picked up.
